15% off Celebrant and Celebrant + MC packages
*Terms and Conditions for 15% Celebrant and MC Services
1. **Discount Eligibility:**
- To qualify for the 15% discount on Marriage Celebrant Services, the client must schedule and confirm the Initial Meet and Greet by January 31st, 2024. Excludes MC only services.
- Failure to book the Initial Meet and Greet by the specified date will result in the ineligibility to avail of the discount.
2. **Initial Meet and Greet:**
- The Initial Meet and Greet session for Marriage Celebrant Services must take place before March 31st, 2024.
- It is the client's responsibility to ensure timely attendance and participation in the scheduled Initial Meet and Greet.
3. **Deposit Payment and Date Reservation:**
- To secure the services for the wedding ceremony and maintain eligibility for the discount, a 50% deposit is required.
- The 50% deposit to reserve the services and lock in the wedding date must be paid no later than March 31st, 2024.
- Failure to make the required deposit by the specified date may result in the forfeiture of the discount.
4. **Discount Terms:**
- The 15% discount is applicable only if all conditions, including the Initial Meet and Greet before the deadline and the deposit payment, are met within the specified timelines.
5. **Cancellation and Refunds:**
- Cancellations made after the Initial Meet and Greet may be subject to forfeiture of the deposit.
- Refunds or adjustments to the deposit will be considered based on the circumstances surrounding the cancellation, at the discretion of the Marriage Celebrant.
6. **Service Agreement:**
- By availing the 15% discount, the client agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
- The Marriage Celebrant reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions with reasonable notice to the client.
7. **Additional Services:**
- Any additional services requested after the initial agreement may require separate terms and conditions or amendments to this agreement. Such terms will be communicated and agreed upon in writing by both parties.
8. **Communication and Contact:**
- All communication regarding the Marriage Celebrant Services, including scheduling, modifications, or cancellations, should be in writing and directed to the agreed-upon contact person or email address provided by the Marriage Celebrant.
9. **Liability:**
- The Marriage Celebrant will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or inconveniences resulting from unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or emergencies.
By proceeding with the Initial Meet and Greet and deposit payment within the specified timelines, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions to avail of the 15% discount on Marriage Celebrant Services.
